KP Astrology Academy — Terms of Service

The Service is available to users aged 13 and above; minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent to register and to pay.

Keep your password private — you are accountable for everything done through your account. Report any suspected misuse to us at support@igniterapp.com right away.

When you enrol in a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access its content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute any course material.

Access to a course continues for as long as it remains active on the Service, unless your access is revoked for a breach of these Terms.

Prices are displayed in INR and may be inclusive of taxes. Payments are handled securely through Razorpay — KP Astrology Academy never stores your card or banking information.

Every purchase is governed by our Refund Policy. We may revise prices occasionally, though this will not affect courses you have already bought.

Please see our Refund Policy on this site for full details of when refunds apply. If approved, the amount is credited to your original payment method within roughly 5–7 business days.

Where digital content has already been meaningfully accessed or downloaded, a refund may not be available except as mandated by applicable law.

The Service is offered “as is” and is meant to support your preparation, not to guarantee results. Although we maintain the content carefully, KP Astrology Academy does not warrant any particular outcome, uninterrupted access, or that everything is free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, KP Astrology Academy disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages connected with your use of the Service, while preserving any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Everything on the Service — course videos, notes, tests, logos and other content — belongs to KP Astrology Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Using the Service does not give you any ownership of that material.

When using the Service you must not copy or redistribute course content, circumvent payment or DRM controls, post unlawful or abusive material, or disrupt the platform’s security or normal functioning.

Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed, and serious breaches may result in loss of access without a refund.

You can discontinue use and remove your account at any time. KP Astrology Academy may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of these Terms, to comply with the law, or if the academy winds down its presence on the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app and reflected in the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
